clearly germany will not determine the price of bids, but some people enjoy after hour quotes and if the stock trades in other markets trying to gauge what will occur in the u.s./canada. but if they enjoy it, i will give them a link, this has nothing to do with misleading anyone, but providing a link to information they requested. clearly you might have suggested to the requester that germany normally follows what occurs in the u.s., not the leader unless some news breaks prior to the u.s. open will the price differ much from the close on the tse or naz, instead of claiming misleading by anyone giving a link. good luck.
