Dave, obviously you are aware of the free internet access (Freeserve) provided by Dixons in the UK. It apparently is extremely successful for both customers and company stock price. This, I assume, would preclude a lucrative entrance into the UK/European ISP markets. Do you think a US company like Sears or Wal-Mart might try a Dixon's type approach in the not too distant future? This is the ONLY reason I am hesitant about getting back into PSIX. I agree with your backbone strategy but I dont see long term viablity in your ISP strategy.
