tom k...this "unportfolio" that i speak of is just a "folly", that i'm setting up to prove to many that the strategy can be used regardless of portfolio size...in my main portfolio i've firmed for a while liability to accept 1.12m of dell/aol/emc in jan 01....but did get about 464k premiums...if you set them correctly and keep the premiums in cash..you have almost enough cash/margin ability to accept the puts(but i doubled down and went long..even in the darkest hours still had capacity!)...not a whole lot of risk...but maybe we are blind...most think risky...maybe it's in the execution?
