Where is the free space? is it inside an extended partition or outside an extended partition?

There is no extended..only the primary and then the free towards the end, about half and half.

You need to get a FAT partition on the SCSI to receive the lost Drive Image files.

Your saying just restore the most recent DI with LF and then restore that instead of restoring the whole KOT drive with LF?
Does LF allow individual file restore? If it did I could just restore the one most recent KOT DI.
