Alastair, now this one is for sure 'going to go against the grain!" You are putting ideas in peoples heads that may cause them to lose sleep. I'd recommend going easy unless you want to be ignored.

Alastair,

Unfortunately I don't know a whole lot about the patent process, was just reading as a layperson.

However, I am a little skeptical. Could you point me to any links (with the exception of the threads) which would lead me to believe Onsale has a case to go after online auctioneers? I'll gladly check it out.
