I get a job offer any time soon then we'll know for certain how much impact SI comments have on MSFT personnel decisions, won't we. :-)

All I'd ask in return is half your options. Is that too much?

But however it plays out, it won't matter much a few months from now if they end up with someone who can energize the Consumer division.
