You did not say that all property should be in private hands. You said that property owners should not be deprived of the use and enjoyment of their property. I can tell you definitely that California beach-front property owners who cannot build on their properties close to the water, and must allow public access, are feeling deprived of the use and enjoyment thereof, however.

Are you then advocating that beach front land be publicly owned?
