from briefing.com 3Com (COMS 25 13/16 +3 1/2) came to life amid rumors that Ericsson and/or Siemens were poised to make a bid for the company... Though these rumors seem to surface every few months, Briefing.com senses that this time a deal might actually take place as there are simply too many sources saying the same thing for it not to have any grain of truth... We'll report more if, and when, we get it... Of course, investors need to understand that playing the takeover game carries high risks because if no deal proves forthcoming stock will fall hard.
