Say fleckmaster b, that municipal arb bond deal to fund pension liabilities is interesting. I have a couple questions. What is standing behind repayment if the thing flops and I wonder what type of liability assigns to whom for violation of fiduciary responsibility, bribery and reckless behaviour? Guess that NYC bond underwriter Yabba Dabba Abou, or whatever his name was, finally got out of his troubles from the municipal tax-exempt arb scam circa '87 where they oversized bond issues by a factor of 10 or so. -g-
