do you have a Drive Image of the KOT?

yes its in a separate partition on the dead drive. Now we're getting somewhere.

What else do you need from the KOT? Are there other Drive Images of the NT..SCSI..that you need to save?

There are DIs of everything, and the most recent of each are pretty stable. So I could take all most recent Direct Images and the EOD data file and call it a day. The DI's were compressed 40% and the data file is under 300mb

I was using the word restore to describe both what DI and LF do. Sorry for the confusion but we had a catharsis because of the confusion. Twenty years ago I would have said 'Far out'.
