Linda, On what do you base your expectation for VLSI reaching a price of 30? Yahoo has 2000 estimated EPS at $.77, with an anticipated long term growth rate of 15% annually. If we assume a PEG = 1, a PE of 15 yields an expected stock price of about $11.50. That's near where the stock was trading. I'm long in VLSI and would love to see the price increase, but I can't see any reason why it should go higher than it has (unless another company tops Phillips' offer). Do you have anything other than wishful thinking on which to base your figure of 30? Len
