I Agree David on part of it, and I am not necessarily on the other side, as you know..BUT WE NEED DEFINITION I GUESS AS TO WHAT IS OK OR NOT OK.......

But at what point do you cross the line, and do you have a warning before that point....and does SI let certain people continue with what they are doing, which may or may not be crossing the line....Gues the bottom line isssssss....What exactly is the line, and when are you getting close to crossing it or have crossed it...we just need to maybe have it re-defined....just in case, I am keeping a copy of this post....

Here is my E-mail to SI...

I have to say, I have edited it somewhat, as I got carried away re-editing it, and forgot that I send it already to "Bob"....but either way, it is very close to what I sent...But still all in all, it is there for everyone else to read

Bob...

I, like others, find myself in disagreement with the action taken place with Wayne R, and consequently, am urging you to reconsider Wayne's termination from SI.

Wayne, has been one of the very few, that has not only been honest, but, has stood his ground against the "hypersters"; sometimes to his disadvantage....Without Wayne, and others like him, where would the small investors be???? That is what SI was all about I thought. Someone has to be there to open the eyes of the innocent "newbie", or help those investors who may have been mislead.

Without people like Wayne, they would be subject to, without any protection against, "paid hypesters" that abound on SI....Yes, Bob, it has taken me some time to pick them out, and in fact contact them, so I know who some of them are, and their alias'....You also know them, and have been in contact with them....But here is Wayne, and as far as I know, not a hypester, nor certainly not a promoter, telling what he feels about things....and is terminated...Yet, you allow "paid
hypesters" to post umpteen times a day, and give it your blessing....Something is not right here....Everyone should be allowed to tell people how they feel and where they find information....

Wayne has a very big following because of his honesty.....I do hope you will reconsider his termination, and at least change it to a temporary suspension....Because, in all honesty, people like
Wayne is what SI dearly needs, as it has been taken over by many, many high paid people who pump the stock and then dump it while people, unaware, are buying into it....Without people like Wayne and friends, that leaves the door open to some bigger people being paid, and have not disclosed, or have their investor group already behind the scenes buying in before they start posting....Either way it says Lord help the innocent!...

To be honest David, I have also made a copy of this on my own personal record, just in case it also is deleted.....Where does it stop, and maybe it needs to be outlined once again, as to what is ok or not ok to post...If hyping is ok, then Bob needs to say that...and if putting a URL for others sites is not ok, then Bob also needs to state that

Thanks for your consideration..

Dave,
I wonder how much money people have lost listening to the pigheaded
posts you've made during your learning curve in the market.
Wayne had every right to slap you upside the head, time and again,
after your many ridiculous assertions in the past(and now) about this and that from IR firms and conclusions you have drawn from PR's etc. etc...

Come on man, you've learned alot from Wayne (obviously not enough)
and if you think aboutit, you and many others owe him your support,
for your current successes, cause he made you THINK and LEARN.
and pleezzzee... do not talk about know it alls...! Joke's on you
and your thread compared to WRLB... thought you were learning when to keep your mouth shut and stay on task.. mayby not.
Big Brother Bob, if you do not want this site to turn into the innocuous ramblings of Sirk and others, or taken over by paid promoters, thus creating a shadow of distrust over this heretofore great site. I suggest you 'nip this in the bud' and consider calmly
(both you and Wayne) the evolution of this enterprise we affectionally
refer to as "Silicon Investor" and figure out a way to keep the 'Cheesehead' type pests from spoiling provocative exchanges between
individuals that are serious investors. I'm fairly sure 'Cheesehead is not a bad guy but how would you like it if someone like him, with an attitude, walked into YOUR OFFICE an gave you similar grief.
Not at all, I'm sure. It's quite the same thing.
No one likes to suffer fools greatly, not me, not you,
and definitely not Wayne.
