Nicole,

I really don't have a well designed system, which is a problem. One of the things I have been doing is getting into internets, waiting for them to run for a day and then getting out at the gap the next day and not looking back.

As far as a list I think that is a really good idea especially listing some people that we trust on other threads that our group may not know about.

If you can do 60/40 you should be able to make money. I also have trouble selling losers..what helps me is that when I sell a winner, I also sell a loser. That takes some of the pain of selling the loser.

I am basically a lurker and monitor several threads for ideas and for traders that seem to be good at it. One that has impressed me so far has been Jon Scott, but he trades low priced stocks generally.
