NYSE:HS CHS Electronics - Bashed down due to class action - Seems to recover now - IMO the Class actions are thin, IMO no fraud rather erratic bookkeeping procedure thus insured ??.

Looking at names under insider selling (144) It does look as if it mainly comes from previous owners of acquired companies.
