I was contacted by Marty who claims to be a financial analyst looking into the class action lawsuit. He wanted me to join the lawsuit against FIBR. He had the line that it wouldn't hurt the company as the insurance would pay for any damages!!! I didn't buy it, no way I am going to try to join a lawsuit that IMO has no chance of winning but can only hurt myself (shareholder). But I did email him with messages ragingbull.com and ragingbull.com I suggested he post on raging bull to see how much support there is in a lawsuit against Bloomberg/Barrons. Brian
