Dan, this is the best I can come up with on the Zicam but I still question the ownership as this indicates Gumtech will comarket and distribute. Who owns the patent? Who makes the product and from my last post "Gel Tech--a new venture by Biodelivery Technologies Inc. and GumTech International--has introduced Zicam, a homeopathic nasal gel spray". I guess I'm not clear on the Geltech, Gumtech, Biodelivery tech arrangement of who does and who gets what.
