RealNetworks exhibition, new to the conference this year, will feature more than 80 industry leaders including, Adobe, encoding.com, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Intervu, Lotus, Liquid Audio, Oracle, OZ.COM, Sonic Foundry and Tunes.com. Exhibitors will showcase a wide range of tools and applications built on RealSystem(TM) G2, from reusing video content and creating compelling streaming audio and video, to producing content portals and addressing bandwidth and security issues.
OZ.COM, a pioneering provider of visual and interactive real-time communication products, and RealNetworks registered developer, will be one of many cutting-edge exhibitors at the conference. OZ.COM integrated their Fluid3D technology with the RealPlayer to become the first new media type to enable streaming broadcast of 3D computer animation over the Web.
"As streaming media continues to appeal to the Internet masses, OZ.COM is excited to have Fluid3D be the first plug-in for RealPlayer G2 that delivers broadcast quality, streaming 3D animation over a dial-up connection," said Skuli Mogensen, CEO of OZ.COM. "Fluid3D's technology for compressed and secure delivery of visually complex animation strengthens the proposition for rich media content on the Internet, previously constrained by bandwidth."
Attendees will also have an opportunity to participate in exhibit floor classroom education, visionary general sessions, peer networking and live demonstrations. Hands-on labs, supported by Intel, will act as personal tutorial sessions where solutions and strategies will be shared by industry leading developers.
