Well Dusty, will all due respect is does not matter where the money comes from. Gary says he is out $100K. I would take this to mean that he purchased $100K of Midland stock. If his trading logs show, that he purchased $100K then that is what he is out. Whether he mortgaged his house or got an inheritance. Either way he would still be out the $100K. Dusty, point blank. Why are you after Gary? Don't you think if he did something illeagal the SEC would have nailed him by now?
