This is what was said:
- IBM revenue LAST QTR alone was 20B$, that is almost twice of what CSCO revenue for the WHOLE last year
- IBM earnings of LAST QTR is about the same as what CSCO earnings for the WHOLE last year
- IBM mkt cap is THE SAME as CSCO

Simple logic said CSCO is way overpriced. PE multiple is too high. all imo.

====== and this is from recent earnings release, IBM growth earnings growth is 50%, better than CSCO last qtr. So, look at it from every aspcts, can one say why CSCO should have a bigger mkt cap than IBM ??

Shares in International Business Machines Corp. surged in pre-opening trade Thursday after the computer maker reported quarterly earnings that trounced Wall Street forecasts.

IBM was trading at 188-1/8 on the Instinet electronic broker system, up from a Wednesday finish at 171-7/8.

After markets closed Wednesday, the company reported that its first-quarter income rose 50 percent to $1.5 billion.

IBM, the world's biggest computer maker, posted earnings of $1.55 a share.
