Ron, I'm actually very tempted to short it here. I don't like the smell of pump&dump that is coming from the situation. I do have some caution regarding the Apollo deal. I can very clearly see Apollo exercising their options to buy after having shorted the corresponding number of shares into the market. Why not if their using shares they get at 5 and change to cover shorts from 15+? That would infuse $75 million, and get the hype going again. That's assuming there really is something rotten here, and that they're not going to do a real deal. If I do short it, it won't be a long term position.
