Very true, Morgan. Also, do you realize that in future years, QCOM's book/bill ratio for ASICS will likely be used as a gauge for the health of the handset market?

Yes, yes, yes. Many times in my investing / speculating career, I have been "doomed" to do the equivalent of buying QCOM at $50 (a long time ago), ride it to $120ish, and then "exit the position" (elated), only to watch the people who got in at $120 actually do better on QCOM than I did (and -- with less anguish and frustration).

Not this time ! I am actually trying to really do something right.
