Did anyone else get a proxy today in the mail?

It is very interesting how they want to change the # of shares outstanding, from 30 to 150.. That is quite a jump and would offer a few splits and acquisitions for the company.

Thinking about a split for the stock, I bet the company either announces that it will be subject to shareholder approval at the company meeting if they dont have enough to split on earnings day.

It seems to me that the desire to change the charter is a bullish move to expand acquisitions and is somthing that I am looking forward to seeing approved.

My own little opinion is that AMZN will keep making deals that are smart, and maybe even somthing on a larger scope too. It ought to be interesting to watch unfold.
