JDGarza: Numbers are based on analysis of volumn relative to overall network sector along with a "sentiment factor" applied to news, rumor or whatever you want to call it. Certainly there is some subjectiveness involved and one tries to smooth this out as close as possible. Yes...3com certainly undervalued as has been stated by many on thread...applying basic accounting principles and financial accounting principles confirm this viewpoint. Your entry points will certainly reward you...offhand you are at a 26/sh break even if you purchased equal amts at each price...certainly could be lower if you loaded up at 20.5. If stock ends the year at 40/sh as several analysts have been stating...you will have a considerable return certainly more if buy-out occurs. Expect buy out to go at least 30% above 52 week high (51.125 X 1.3= 66.46). Soooooo, you are in an excellent position to profit considerable. I've been in 3com for quite a few years and have a break even in the mid 20's and intend to accumulate additional shares for the grandchildren.

Good luck to you,

HKirby
