Qwest looks to be moving out of the consolidation range it established following the move down from $104. A move back over $100 now could set the stage for a significant rally. In my opinion.

How do you feel about GBT ? Seems very interesting to me. There is a suit out there but I can't quantify it.

Seems it is a QWST in a way except it is a holding company rather than self performing. On the other hand you have GBLX having Tyco do the work for them.

Will appreciate your thoughts.
