Charlie, part of my supeona was to pull every post from the internet and email PLUS any post I felt was connected to DF and his affiliates. It took 4 days to do this and the SEC knows Anna helped me because I did not have my e-amils but she did. It was well over 3000 documents and we combined a lot of the information on one page or it would have been worse. We went through every single post ... See the SEC requested it and they gave me 5 days to do it in. I am happy to say it was done on time ... Just pray you do not have to pull every post you every made on a stock. :-) GB

The only fact I can verify is that Binder has saved, categorized, and documented a series of posts from various others on this subject. Now, why would she do that? I'll be happy to answer that. Gary was given a very short amount of time to produce a great deal of material. At the time, we lived in the same city, and because we are friends and because I believe in his innocence, I helped him prepare the package. One of the things that the SEC indicated they wanted to see was every post he EVER made concerning Midland. Since there were 3 or 4 different threads, with thousands of posts, we had to go thru every single post ever made on the subject, and copy it for the SEC. If Gary posted any DD on the company, he had to answer as to where it came from and who his sources were. As I read all of these posts for a second time, I became angrier and angrier because I saw my friend go thru hell for something he hadn't done. Some of the very sources of the DD were the same people who were accusing him of wrongdoing. I was going thru the posts and organizing them in an easy to read format for the SEC anyway, and it only made sense that I save the files. There's plenty more too, but I won't bore you with it, unless the need arises as it did with Dusty and her lies yesterday. The one thing I can say about Gary is that there is no middle ground. People are either for or against him, and there is not much indifference. You apparantly are on the side that is against, and that is your right. I doubt he loses much sleep over it. You asked, and that's why I did it. Binder
