Many many times us longs have tried to bring this point across, but I guess we are so "non-credible" that we need the government of China to ratify our words. Sadfully, less will not do. The point we have tried to bring across is that state telcos usually don't want to deal with USA "big boys' because they don't like their part in "qualitative-quantitative equation" resulting from that interaction. In simpler terms they are afraid they will be toast...politically or economically.. I assume that most of us are aware that the China state telco knows of the existance and the products of Lucent, Cisco, IBM, ATT, the baby Bells etc etc This deal was not done out of ignorance, I assume this is also clear. As DGIV we do have an entry to the chinese market via the Telltek deal....so this news release was, for me, motivational... Having said this it must also be said that from a "stock market point of view" holding this share is "tough" to say the least. R
