Looking good...this is from the Wall Street Journal:

Finet Unveils Mortgage Auction Site Through Homeseekers.com

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Finet Holdings Corp. (FNHC) unveiled its mortgage auction Internet site.

In a press release Monday, Finet said the service will be provided through Homeseekers.com Inc.'s (HMSK) Finance Center, which Finet operates.

Consumers' applications will be reviewed and approved online before being available for lenders to bid on.

Site users also can select mortgage programs from lenders on Finet's Interloan.com retail site.

Finet says the service will let lenders bid more aggressively because they will know the underwriting decision ahead of time.

Finet is currently trading at 10 9/16, up 29/32 or 9.4%, on volume of 1,352,900 shares. Average daily volume is 3,159,772 shares.

Finet Holdings provides electronic commerce services for home financing.
