OK. Who is it? I have heard/read the following "100 percent correct" information taken from CNBC/Bloomberg:
1) GEC (UK) - 4.5 bln, cash, 35 bucks.
2) TLAB - stock swap at 38/40
3) CSCO - just for the hell of it
4) McDonald's
