David, Please remember that the press releases for the lawsuits came AFTER the stock was HALTED and the stock was already down over 50%.

David,

I don't understand your willingness to pick up more shares.

At the very least, you have to admit that Par does not have a very good track record of predicting revenues from his new "hot" products. His record includes this latest poor prediction.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the major strong points to invest in FIBR rely on the revenue growth predicted by Par for the Net+Arm and Gigamux. Why listen to Par again? I personally don't believe he's deliberately misleading investors, but I do believe that he doesn't quite have a handle on his products' potential.

Furthermore, regardless of who was right or wrong in this latest issue along with the ensuing class actions, this is not going to help Osicom's credibility in selling more Gigamuxes (Gigamuxi?). Nor is it going to help Osicom get some brokerage support through recommendations. What's the plus side on this one, besides the price being down 75% from its highs?

Grant

P.S. I knew that the FIBR story would get more interesting if I kept checking in once in a while. What a company!
