InfoStream - you should ask Datek to go to the MM and fight the trade. This is unacceptable. If it's Datek's fault, then they should compensate. If it is not their fault, they should still go to the MM and NASD and fight for you. Fighting for your customers not only benefits that one customer, but all future traders/customers who have to put up with this BS. That way the thieving MMs know that they will be called on their BS by Datek.
