"E*Trade Group Inc., which saw customer trades rise 65 percent to 65,800 daily,"
----
65,800 X $14.95 = $983,710, that's $14.95 at a minimum.

When the bubble bursts, do you think after the suds settle we will see a continued heavy trading level of activity on online trading?

Just a question. I suspect there will be no change.

by the time the stock splits what if its $200 a share? MGMT this time said they wanted it to be a more reasonable level when it was $100

The first time price was $50 (split would have made it $25) when they wanted it split to be a reasonable price. It ended up splitting at 130pre/65 post if i remember right.

This time its $100 (split would be $50) and split to make it a reasonable price. Say this time it hits $200 post split would make it $100 (still un unreasonable price in their words)

Where is this heading? I don't know.

I'm a happy long, just trying to figure it out.

David

BBoy ... EXCELLENT post, full page AD in USA Today and other major papers. "We're now trusted with over 1,000,000 accounts. If you still think this is a fad, write us a letter on your typewriter".
This race is a marathon and I'm holding on tight to both ETrade & Ameritrade !
