4.5 Billion? That equates to roughly $40 per share:

4.5 billion / 110.5 million shares out ~= $40.7 per share.

Which figure is correct? DBC says 3.88 billion, which is
3.88 billion / 110.5 million shares out ~= about $35.1 per share.

Also, has anyone heard whether it's a cash deal or stock swap? Probably the latter. If so, is there a collar? If not there will be some temporary selling on reopen.
