It would not be prudent to go war with Russia over the situation there but if not Kosovo then where? Africa ? We are hard pressed to explain lack of action there. Himmmm............. I wouldn't want to touch that one.

Maybe it has something to do with timing? As in timing of new and damaging allegations concerning Chinagate? Who knows? Could be all kinds of things, even just plain incompetence. JLA
