Z.O., There's nothing like the possibility of an imminent takeover to help the Street bring a company a lot closer to its fair value. ...we do not need takeover, to bring the company value to fair value.

I would suggest that their was a premium paid for the stock. That being said what is the fair value for Newbridge now? What % should be added for a takeover, should it occur? Regards Glenn
