There's nothing like the possibility of an imminent takeover to help the Street bring a company a lot closer to its fair value.

Again yes, however that does not address the question, is Fore being sold for "fair value"?
I would suggest that their was a premium paid for the stock.

That being said what is the fair value for Newbridge now? What % should be added for a takeover, should it occur?
