Thank you notes to the embassy will be greatly appreciated...we don't get a lot of public stroking in our work, nor do we ask for it. But the people Anthony dealt with will be happy to see your collective reaction. BTW, you should make sure your notes to Pat Walsh are marked "cc: Ambassador Hill". Also, try and send your faxes in the evening US time, so you don't tie up the embassy fax too much during their working hours.
