What a difference a good night's sleep can make ;-) I am a long time investor in WIND and quite familiar with their products. Usually, I see the glass half-full. Yesderday, it seemed like all this unfavorable news tipped the scale and made the glass half-empty for me.

Postponement of the conference by blaming the organizers just doesn't have a credible resonance IMO. I struggle with this explanation because it just makes no sense to create such inconveniences for all the presenters and attendees based on such factors. Something is at the root of this postponement and it is not due to the organizers IMO.

Regarding the stock sales, I was referring to insider sales by Ron Abelman that occurred in January, days before the big fall. I coupled this with my distrust of the intentions of MMs. It is conjecture on my part suggesting the conspiratorial angle from these analysts. My hope is that this is not the case.

I forgot about Allen Benn taking this vacation. He will feel like Rip Van Winkle when he returns.

The stock action always goes against my intuition. I was expecting WIND selling in the single digits after Ron's announcement, the downgrade, and now the postponement.

Hey, I like being wrong when the stock holds up like this...

There are a couple of 60000 share blocks sold by Ron at the end of last year if you look at insider info in yahoo. A couple of million dollars but not really a significant proportion of holdings. Also it was at a peak. I'm sure a lot of us took some profits then too. Who knows?

Allen Benn seems to be involved at WIND somehow according to an earlier post.

Finally, having worked at a similar company, often big customers do not want press releases on design wins because they don't want their competitors knowing what they are doing. I'm sure that WIND is often prevented from publicizing wins.
