Well. How about the fact that all that fancy new equipment at the CO and its next generation to come can't and won't be fully useable UNTIL the likes of PAIR can get more bandwidth direct to the consumer? Got to be able to get more in/out from the utimate end users.

Well, I did not expect this pop so soon, so I am out and waiting for weakness again. UTI took a slide today, so I could not resist on geting some more.
