Doug told me some guy named OJHA from Canada tried to help with a news release once that was never used and when he found out that Gator received some shares, called Doug and demanded some stock. Of course Doug refused. The OJHA told Doug that he was going to go on the boards and badmouth the company and the management.

Hi Marcus,
Please don't get caught up in ETPI's hype. Its seems like we are hearing the same type of information that Gator used to report. You said:

"All 5 divisions are profitable this quarter. There is no red ink."

We have heard this type of information before. What we need is financials that show it. How can we believe you any more than we believed Gator. He got his information from the same source.
