GG -

Just out of interest what on earth difference would it make if the long bond (the Last Great Hope of the Doom Mongers) did go to 6% or 7% for that matter?

It wouldn't represent much by way of competition to the lets say 10%+ that high growth NAZ leaders are showing. Neither would it do very much to slow down the economy as the rest of the World headed by the Asian big hitters start to rev up.

No GG you can't look for salvation to Barton Biggs favourite and by the way why is the market in another World. Precisley because demand exceeds supply! People want to buy because they have already discounted a rise in interest rates to well over 6% but it just doesn't compare to the grwoth being shown over the next few years by these high growth NAZstock and more coming to market every week.

In addition the Net stocks are very very deflationary by the way they lower prices across the country so quickly in so many areas and companies using the Net are clearly benfiting. Now just think, we are not even at the beginning of this change. it is going to go on for another twenty years and get better every day.

Now when Greenspan goes and talks to Congressas his going to do on two days this week you might well get the drop you are waiting for. The market always tanks when he goes to Congress but it only represents another buying opportunity so I wouldn't give up your day job on the strength of this weeks likely drop.

Regards,

L
