BVSN..I have the stock in this case, although I have options in AOL, ELNK, and MSPG and I too have to make an escape. It is just an opinion but I do think you should leave at least a portion of the options over through earnings, even if its just 4 or 5 calls. NITE,RNWK,NTBK, CNET,GNET,UBID,BYND.. and others all did well even a bit after their reports. EBAY is holding its own very close to its report. NTBK was so overextended but it too had a good 25 points left. UBID reported and was good for a nice 20 pointer there and I left, others staying in EBAY got another 10-17 points today for their trouble. The only problem I foresee is if there is any difficulty selling quickly on a possible morning gap up.
Or if you have a very large amount of contracts. I used to be left a few years ago with contracts becuase I couldn't get them all filled now I trade up to 12.
