Vendit:
Technically that will be the clear confirming signal.
But I would add a caution - there should n't be any damper from
earnings front or bad mouthing by a big house.
I think today's close itself would do the job. Expecting a strong close at the end and gap open in the morning.

Keep up the good work and service.

Agreed Vendit, MACD about to turn positive. However, I feel this market is completely fundamentally driven at the moment. ALL eyes on earnings. Great # and we go much higher. Bad # and we can throw techs out the window. One note about the MACD. In the past, the merger of the 2 trends can also indicate flat trading for a long period. I don't think it will this time, though. Looking strong. Fund-managers looking for an excuse to stay in internet stocks. AOL is one of the few that they trust. Earnings will determine all.
