Richard;

This seems like a subject that will never die. I sorry if my post created some confusion. Hopefully this will clear things up. If you go back to my post, the comment about being a management critic was parenthetical, and not directed at you personally. So many have criticized management about the Swiss fiasco it has been a recurring theme

However, to get to the heart of your question. If the Swiss are covering a short position, this does not mean shares are 'hitting the market'. Reflect, the Swiss sold shares, even as they were buying them. Net effect was a wash, they ended up holding 0 shares. The only question was when they would deliver the other side of the trade. They in effect completed both sides of the trade immediately. Why, because they sold at the same time they bought. This locked in the profit for them, 'shorting against the box'. Now there was nothing left to do, except to deliver the shares once they were no longer restricted. Whoever loaned the shares to them to short has also been in an short position. Additionally in the last two months we have traded over 3 million shares. Therefore the shares being sold are not (IMO) from the Swiss. I hope this is doesn't create confusion, as apparently my last post did.

Looking at todays move. All the volume came at the end of the day, and the stock ratcheted up 1/4. Makes you wonder what's up. The stock seems to be acting better. Now if we can get a rotation into the small and micro caps . . . .
