Joe, Let me tell you a little about CRUT.....most of their clients are institutional buyers eg mutual funds investing in small cap promising biotech stocks. As I understand they already have a lot of clients holding a ton of Vivus well above 10. If new institutional buyers step in now and accumulate from 4 1/4 to above 5 and if we close above 5 for 3 consecutive trading days, new fundies will start buying looking for value buys over $5/share. The shorts know this and so do the mms who have been shorting our stock. They can't fight this forever. Once we hold over 5 and break 6 there is no serious resistance until 10. If the news starts flowing in our favor and we break 10 look out above because there is no serious resistance then until the 14 to 15 1/2 level. If we beak and close above 15 1/2 then you will see the meaning of a true short squeeze as we run quickly above 20. TICK TOCK TICK TOCK TICK TOCK........
