Its good that CATP is making an entrance into the E-commerce arena. May be that explains the insider buying. !! One by the CEO and the other more important by a money management firm. Check the link below, biz.yahoo.com Huge number of shares bought by SAFEGUARD SCIENTIFICS DEL INC, they already own more than 10 %.
