More takeover speculation in Bloomberg today:

Centocor Inc. (CNTO): Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) is close to an
agreement to acquire the biotechnology company, a person familiar
with the discussions said. Centocor's shares rose 27 percent
since April 20 on the takeover speculation. Both companies have
declined comment. Centocor shares rose 9/16 to 44 3/8. J&J shares
fell 1 3/16 to 97 1/2.

It certainly (like AGPH) fits the takeover profile - it's not dilutive and it's still pretty cheap.

I'm currently modestly long. There's still a big short position (5.5 million, but it's down a lot from 6 months ago.)
