Value here is in the context of broadband technology where, in fact, even higher multiples are usually awarded. A PE of 71 would be considered of even higher value if attributed to internet stocks. I know that much greater values abound some of the oil sectors and elsewhere, but those value plays have not produced significant appreciation in recent times, hence not of much immediate value to some investors. You see, my friend, "value" is a relativistic term, and its meaning depends on the context that it is used.

In any event, I was only summarizing the referenced article and not making my own assessment.

Could you please explain where you got a PE of 71. My investment snapshot on the AOL finance site gives a P/E of 151.93 Thanks
