I am sorry for not knowing about this, but can you detail this time warner deal?

Also, anyone that had been in this stock for some time, what is your view on the lack of interest? Other than late November of last year, no one seems to want to touch it.

Additionally, with the market cap so low now I agree a takeover is reasonable. However, what is the float?

I just returned from the Time Warner board room and can report -
Just kidding. Hey, who knows? All I know is that TW wants and needs such an alliance or buy-out and it SHOULD happen very soon. As soon as the deal is in place. You know how lawyers are. Things take time to negotiate and close. Hang in there. Bottomline, CDNW is the #2 CD seller on the web and it ain't goin' nowhere but up IMHO.
