We will be seeing some profit. The last time I heard that from Larry the company lost money but on the bright side the next quarter we would see .03 to .05 cents profit per share. That was over a year ago. Marcus you could get answers. Well What is the big news that is going to raise the price within the next few week (linda told me).

Thanks Marcus.

"All 5 of ETPI's divisions are in the black, it came straight from the horses mouth. Doug himself"

I have suggested to Doug, at different times in the past, that ETPI needs a VP of Finance. The two accountants that work for ETPI do not have a firm knowledge of what a cash flow is. Probably nine months ago, ETPI released their quarterly filing with only select items shown in the cash flow statement. When I called to ask why the items listed did not add up to the change in cash from one quarter to the next, they said that they only reported certain items. If they don't know enough to report a cash flow statement that lists all the changes that took place in the use and generation of cash, how can they help Doug determine what acquisitions will be profitable.

What ETPI needs is a person on their management team that will run the figures of any acquisition before the deal is done. Who will look at the synergy of the two companies. To make sure that the combined company is worth more than the two separate companies. Also to get rid of any Divisions that will not generate xx% to the bottom line within the next year. All Divisions being in the black is not what ETPI need. It need maybe 10% or whatever other companies in the same product line are producing, at least.

I don't know why Doug puts so little value on the quality of the management team. Have you spoken to him about bring in some heavy weight management employees to help him make high level decisions on how to run the company?

Thanks for your help. Scoobey
