I found this on the internet...what is a 504? MGHCD should start to move next week. They will be doing a 504 but the price will be supported at a much higher price. CEO said hold for a couple weeks and shareholders will be very happy. Stock should have support in the 3.00 range.

Best time to buy MDIN? Depends on how good hole results will be. It tanked after last results in March (and was trading for .44 at the time). Results from that hole were good but not spectacular. Company is keeping mum but stock is edging up. Us longs think it's a good sign and a great stock. Best time to buy would have been during lull periods (like 2 weeks ago). Right now, it's a 15-20 cent downside or a big spike up. Who knows? Your call. CD
