Tim, will this go back up to 35 when it actually sells. I haven't been on the happy side of a buyout before

Tim,
Looks like the short term cash deal took all the discount out of the offer. then again, What do you think about loading up at 34 15/16th and making 1/16th for 4 days of work? 200 shares cancels out the transaction costs and every thing else is gravy to cover the risk premium.
